Working as a fitness professional, I have witnessed so many women struggle with their diet (myself included) and I have seen continuous confusion over what we should and should not be eating in order to stay healthy and energized.

As women, we have so much pressure to look a certain way, and as a result, our relationships with food can become unhealthy or even obsessive. When creating this recipe book, my goal was, (and still is) for you to feel good in your body – and that begins with fueling yourself with beautiful, clean and wholesome food.

 

In this cookbook you will get:

Breakfasts: Energizing breakfast recipes that set you up for a successful day. If you need a breakfast on the go you can select from one of many smoothies, or perhaps on the go egg muffins will be your go to! If you have time at home you may choose to whizz up the protein pancakes, or if you’re one who likes to meal prep in advance, the breakfast quinoa bake will be perfect for you.

Salads and Bowls: The salad and bowl section gives you freedom to choose whether you will have these for lunch or dinner. The pear and tuna mix, along with the green apple salad are perfect for the warmer months, and in the cooler months the mango curry quinoa and Mexican cous cous have plenty of heat to warm you up!

Fish: Some of my favourite dishes are in this section – the crusted salmon recipe, full of Omega 3’s and healthy fats is a MUST, as is the Hawaiian inspired shrimp.

Pure Plant Goodness: Literally what the title suggests, clean, whole food recipes that not only taste good, but are great for your body, and for the environment. The zucchini boats are incredible!

Sweet Treats: Not only do I believe that food should fuel our bodies, but I also believe is to be enjoyed. A sweet treat every once in a while does no harm to your waistline, yet does amazing things to your mind! Whether you opt for the sweet chickpea cookies, or the grilled fruits, I’m sure you will be smiling in no time!
