This 2 week guide is based on exercise science; you will work some parts of the body to failure, before giving them chance to rest whilst working other areas of the body…to failure! You will do a mixture of pilates, barre, cardio and core workouts! Leaving you with a more toned, strengthened and lengthened body in just 2 weeks! There are always low impact options given should you need them!
